I ask why before I ask how. Understanding the root cause before jumping to solutions is non-negotiable.
Clarity over completeness
A 10-page FRD no one reads is worse than a 2-page doc the team actually uses.
People over process
Agile, Waterfall, SAFe - they are all tools. The relationships and trust are what ship the product.
Vibe coding for fun
When I am off the clock, I build things just to see if I can. It makes me a much better BA.
