IntraFlow

IntraFlow does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data.

Your voice never leaves your PC. When you hold the dictation key, IntraFlow records audio from your microphone and converts it to text using a speech recognition model that is bundled inside the app and runs entirely on your own computer. Your audio is never uploaded to Anurag Jain, Microsoft, or any third party. It is held in memory only for as long as it takes to transcribe what you said, and is never written to disk.

Your transcribed text is not stored. The text IntraFlow produces is delivered straight to whatever app you were typing in, and placed on your clipboard so nothing is lost if delivery fails. IntraFlow keeps no history, no log, and no copy of anything you dictate.

About the dictation key. So that you can start dictating from any app, IntraFlow watches for one specific key being held down. It looks only at whether that key is pressed — it does not record, store, or transmit anything you type. IntraFlow is not a keylogger and contains no keylogging functionality.

Microphone access.Windows asks for your permission before IntraFlow can use your microphone, and you can withdraw it at any time in Settings › Privacy & security › Microphone.

So that there is no delay when you start speaking, IntraFlow keeps the microphone open the whole time it is running — which is why Windows shows its microphone-in-use indicator while IntraFlow is on. Audio is only captured and turned into text while you hold the dictation key. At every other moment the incoming sound is discarded the instant it arrives: it is never buffered, never saved, and never sent anywhere.

Your IntraFlow settings are saved locally on your own device in your app data folder, and are never sent anywhere.

IntraFlow does not require an internet connection, does not contain ads, and does not use analytics or tracking of any kind. It has no accounts and no sign-in.
